Objective: Optimizing Customer Support Infrastructure & Response Architecture
The Problem & Bottleneck Identification An evaluation of the current ticket generation and support flow within the platform reveals a significant user friction point regarding support access. The current wireflow restricts users primarily to automated spam responses or static, predetermined Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) frameworks. This creates a severe bottleneck, leaving users either completely unable to access real-time human support or forcing them to endure multi-day delays for critical financial inquiry resolutions.
The Solution: Urgency-Based Routing Architecture To eliminate this friction and optimize the customer retention loop, the support architecture was redesigned to implement an Urgency-Based Routing System. By introducing an immediate categorization layer, the system filters issues based on real-time urgency metrics:

| Low Urgency Path | High Urgency Path |
|---|---|
| Trigger: Standard account FAQs, general inquiries. | Trigger: High-risk financial blocks, transaction failures. |
| Routing: Filtered dynamically through an optimized FAQ layer paired with an instant AI/Bot | |
| resolution engine. | Routing: Instantly bypasses automated text gates, triggering an automated Customer Support Notification. |
| Target Metric: Achieve sub-minute self-service resolution. | Target Metric: Opens a responsive Live Chat interface for immediate human intervention. |
